The Community Reinvestment Act was established by Congress in 1977 to ensure that financial institutions are serving the housing finance needs of their communities without discriminating against any particular neighborhood, race of people, or gender. From the beginning, Fidelity Bank dedicated itself to the residents and businesses of the community it calls home - after all, when the community thrives, so does its bank.

You are entitled to certain information about our operations and our performance under the CRA, including, for example, information about our branches, the services we provide, the public section of our most recent CRA Performance Evaluation, and comments received from the public relating to our performance in helping to meet community credit needs, as well as our responses to those comments.
